Availability & Lead Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items may require significant additional lead times, depending on foundry capacity, production, and global supply chain considerations.
  • Pre-order, special order, and custom works require a longer lead time depending on complexity and availability – please inquire with our team. 

Because many of our pieces are produced using traditional foundry methods, availability, pricing, and timelines are confirmed prior to order acceptance, particulary for pre-order, special order, and custom works.

We encourage you to contact our sales team for the most accurate and up-to-date information and to place an order. 

Pricing & Order Confirmation

Listed pricing for select items is subject to confirmation at time of order. Material costs, tariffs, freight, and foundry considerations may affect final pricing.

Orders are considered accepted only after pricing, availability, and production feasibility have been confirmed.

All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipment. Pre-orders, special orders, and custom works are confirmable upon receipt of a desposit based on our standard terms.

The Trade: Dealers, Retailers, Designers, and Architects

We work closely with trade professionals and offer wholesale pricing for qualified businesses. 

To open an account, please email sales@bronzefactory.com with the following information: 

  • Business name and contact name
  • Physical address and phone number
  • Copy of your state sales and use permit
  • Designers/Architects – copy your current state certification (if applicable)

Wholesale Pricing & Trade Discounts

Wholesale pricing and trade discounts are available for approved accounts and are extended as a relationship-based courtesy. Discount levels vary based on order size and account history.

All wholesale pricing is confirmed prior to order acceptance. Discounts are not guaranteed for special orders, pre-order items, out-of-production works, or custom works.

Shipping, Delivery & Services

We ship via UPS, Fedex, USPS, and other common or freight carriers, depending on the size, weight, and fragility of the piece.

Shipping Method Selection

Due to the nature of bronze sculpture and other fine arts, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method and carrier to ensure safe transit. Some pieces must ship via freight rather than standard parcel service in order to minimize the risk of damage.

Delivery Access & Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for informing us prior to shipment of any delivery conditions or access limitations that may affect transportation or unloading, including but not limited to:

  • rural or remote locations

  • limited vehicle access

  • steep or unpaved driveways

  • stairs, narrow gates, or restricted entry points

  • construction or commercial sites requiring special coordination

Additional fees incurred due to undisclosed site conditions or delivery constraints may be passed through to the customer.

Packing, Crating & Handling

All shipments are professionally packed and, when required, crated to protect the artwork during transit. Packing, crating, and handling charges may apply depending on the size, weight, and complexity of the piece.

Drop / Blind Shipping

Drop or blind shipping services are available upon request and are subject to an additional 3% service fee.

Please note: delivery does not include installation or unpacking, unless specifically arranged in advance. 

International Shipping

International shipping services may be available on a case-by-case basis as a courtesy to our clients. Due to the complexity of international freight, customs requirements, and destination-specific regulations, international shipments require additional coordination and handling.

All international shipping costs are estimates only and may be affected by market conditions, carrier availability, fuel surcharges, port congestion, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and other regulatory or logistical factors beyond our control.

International shipping charges—including freight, packing, crating, documentation, and handling—must be paid in full prior to departure from the United States. Final charges may be subject to adjustment if additional costs are incurred due to unforeseen carrier or regulatory requirements.

Customers are responsible for all destination-country duties, taxes, and import requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are happy to assist in coordinating international shipments and will provide the best available options based on current conditions. Please contact our sales team in advance to discuss feasibility, timelines, and estimated costs.

Inspecting Your Delivery

All items leave our facility in excellent condition. We ask that you inspect your shipment upon delivery.

  • Any damage or shortages must be noted with the carrier at delivery.

  • Please notify us immediately so we can assist with claims or resolution.

Returns

Authorized returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging or crate.

  • Shipping, crating, and insurance costs are non-refundable.

  • Pre-order, special order, custom, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable.

Please contact our sales team before initiating any return.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit.

  • Orders canceled after production or packing has begun may be subject to a 10% restocking or cancellation fee.

  • Special order and made-to-order items are typically non-cancelable once production has commenced.
